Went for a quote and left with a new auto policy that is the same coverage but without glass replacement that is $2000 less every 6 months. Mrs. Bennett is the best.

They just fix things like it's no big deal... We've had our auto with them for over a decade, used roadside a few times, no problem. We started our life policies in 2016. The explanations are always thorough, and the expectations have always been realistic every time we have needed them. Twice issues were resolved same day by text message or email and the money was in my account, direct deposit in three days. One time I found out after the fact that Dustin was on vacation at the beach when I emailed him. He never said he was not available. He text me from his cell phone and said, "I'm so sorry this happened to you. We've got it handled." And they DID. All my policies lapsed one time because we had switched banks and it messed up the auto draft. Grace let me know something was amiss. Maci

We have been with the Farm Bureau ins. co for 20 years till today. We were late ONE time and they canceled our home owner insurance. No phone call to worn us of the late payment or anything. That’s what you get for 32 years of loyalty

Coverage and claim service has been good but they DO NOT return phone calls. Need a new policy and have been trying for over 3 weeks and no one will call me back. Apparently they don't need the business.
