Tim Denk's Agency has always taken care of my needs and impressed me with how they take care of the insureds. One of the best in the Wichita area. If you want a Great Insurance Agent don't hesitate to give Tim's Office a call.

I have a client that has had insurance with this company for over 20 years. In the mist of selling their home a hail storm hit and we needed to complete some of the repairs after closing. Tim has not been supported at all. He has not called the client or offered to go out of his way to help this older couple. Once the work was complete American Family has made us jump through whoops trying to get the remaining money released to the sellers. Instead of just sending the adjuster out to inspect the home and then cutting the owners a check, they continue to ask for receipts. Is a owner not allowed to do their own repairs? Give them the remaining money owned on the claim.

The rates are competitive in the market and the service in this office has been impeccable and second to none. It's hard to find this type of service in the insurance market. I recomend this agent without hesitation!

Tried to move my Am Fam account to this agent. Would not return my calls. Went to State Farm.

I could leave a novel length review with all the reasons I wouldn't go here, but instead I'll just say that I wasn't impressed, and I have since changed insurance companies.
