I contacted Doug for a quote on a new house, property and vehicles. I then shared the quote with a couple other insurance companies and nobody could touch the Farm Bureau rates. But the best part... I have had a lot of agents over the years but these guys have gone far above and beyond what I expected from any agent. Highly recommended!
Doug was there to help us with an old claim that was not settled and he reviewed our policy and explained it so we understand what is going on and what we are covered and not. I am hoping that now we are on the right track. The girls that are there are great also. They all are helpful and friendly. I am glad we have come across Doug and his crew.

Make sure you get a lawyer if someone hurts you in an injury.. and they're insured with this insurance company.. farm bureau is implacable.. arrogant... dishonest...rude..controlling... Condasenig.. make sure you get a real good lawyer to beat these idiots up.. farm bureau is crooked!!
