My mom has been a long time customer of American family. She passed away in April. I went in and met with Tiffany and made payments and arrangements to cancel her policy. She did not cancel the policy and now she is trying to send my deceased mother to collections. When I asked for an accounting of the previous years worth of payments my mother had made on multiple policies I was given the runaround and finally they emailed me screenshots from their computer, with no explanation and they made no sense. I would not recommend this agency. EDIT: Got a response from the agent. Hopefully get this resolved. Will update the review if it gets settled appropriately.

Tiffany was helpful and reviewed my policy so I got all available discounts. I had quick response regarding a cracked windshield.

Excellent customer service and never felt like they overcharge. Never wanted to change insurance companies due to how consistent my policy prices have been.
