Awesome customer service, Daniela and Elizabeth were very knowledgeable about their information. I had asked for quotes from other agencies and didn't hear back from most. This one within hours hard me the best quote.
Kevin is extremely disrespectful and rude. I am not sure how he stays in business. Super unprofessional he runs a trucking company on the side.and it seems like that is more important then his insurance company. He lies and misses meeting all the time. He cant keep a staff in his office due to his rude unprofessional work ethic. I do not recommend farm bureau insurance to anyone plz plz stay clear of this crook
A refresh of the staff in the last few years has made this a pleasant business to work with. Liz goes well out of her way for the clients. I recommend.
