In the beginning, this company provided a good experience, but it didn’t take long for issues to arise. One team member in particular, Yago, consistently displayed unprofessional behavior. He was always disrespectful and extremely rude when we tried to ask questions or resolve any matters. His approach to customer service was unacceptable and left us feeling frustrated. We ultimately decided to switch to another company—one that offers a far better experience—solely because of him. If it hadn’t been for Yago, we would have gladly continued as customers. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses such behavior to improve its overall service.
