This is a terrible place to do business with. I would tell everyone to check Geico‘s or progressives way before you go with State Farm. Customer service is terrible. They don’t care about the customer. They’ll leave you for days without contacting you back to inform you what they already know. I am very dissatisfied with State Farm terrible customer service.

The most incompetent staff ever I have been with this agent for more than 10 years but never been more unhappy until today. They just need to get more training I have been paying my insurance regularly almost $10,000 per year and they reported to dmv that I have no insurance my license and tag been suspended. Costing me almost $500 just to get everything reinstated again.
