Update: In the first few months of 2025, Ellen continued to manage my account on Virginia's Insurance Marketplace. I owe close to $700 for those few months to pay back tax credits due to her neglecting my account. By this point in time, she was emailing me telling ME what to do when it was HER job. I started my health insurance with Virginia's Insurance Marketplace in 2023. Mr. Brooks and Mr. Cobbs helped me apply and managed my account and I never had any issues. The next year, 2024, I had to change my insurance company because Piedmont Community Health Plan was leaving the Marketplace and Virginia.
