Tom did a great job he handled all my concerns perfectly. i would recommend him to anyone. my wife usually handles the insurance in our home, she didn't have time so she told me to call Tom and he would take care of it. i did and he did! 10 stars!!!

Tom was rude with me . NOT professional at all . Very abusive with his words I did notify Allstate .. I called the 800 number to take care of all my insurance needs they r amazing .
