I absolutely love Nicole and Karin! I always receive the best of everything when I contact the office. Someone always answers when I call, my requests are responded to expeditiously, and they are knowledgeable, patient and kind! I moved to the Saratoga area a little over a year ago, and I can say that I actually hit the jackpot by selecting this agency. I am beyond happy with all of their services!

Nicole is fantastic, her office is always so ready to quickly help me with anything I need. I had a unique situation recently and she exhausted all options to get me the coverage I needed and the lowest cost possible. She’s upfront, informational, and amazing at what she does. There’s no other agents I’d rather be advised by. Her office is the epitome of “like a good neighbor state farm is there” they are always on the ready whenever I have an issue. It feels like talking to family every time I need to call. Nicole has been my agent since I was 17 I’m now 25 and I couldn’t imagine doing business with anyone else!
