Thielmann Insurance

My husband was one of the very first customers of Thielmann Insurance. For a short time in the 1980's we used another agency, but then realized the value of Thielmann Insurance Agency and went back - and never left. Communication is great. Cost saving opportunities are brought up by Karin. When needed because of a claim, help is given. I highly recommend Thielmann Insurance Agency.

Insurance agent was extremely rude to me. He spoke down at me like I was a child and would not let me get a word in when I tried asking questions. I never once asked any information about another customers policy, yet he accused me of trying to “Screw over” his customer and called it inappropriate of me to bring up the fact he had a customer who lived with me. I would not recommend doing business here because of the lack of professionalism and disrespect they show to their potential customers. Not sure how a phone call for a simple question ended up going down a rabbit hole of insults towards me, but it did and I would definitely be cautious of conducting any business here, especially with something as important as insurance.
