I have been an AmFam customer for over 15 years and had a wonderful agent Jeff, when Jeff retired my policies were disbursed to other local agents. William Jansen and his office have been an absolute nightmare to deal with to the point I’ve contacted AmFam to get a new agent assigned to my policies. I would highly recommend anyone considering using William Jansen to call any other AmFam agent. Updated: After talking to an incredibly delightful representative Cary from AmFam she was able to transfer my policies and help start unravelling the nightmare William and his office created. My new agents office is attentive and treats me like a customer just like my previous agent did!!! I also don’t feel the need to shower to clean the ick off like I had dealing with William’s office.
