I’ve been here a number of times and today was the worst experience. The lady was short with us and completely miserable. We were the only ones in there the entire time so it wasn’t like it was busy. She was not helpful about the documents we brought in to be notarized. Definitely not a good experience compared to the last time we brought in similar documents to be notarized. To top it off, when she took the payment from us, she put it in her drawer and SLAMMED it shut. Couldn’t even tell you what she said at the end because she grumbled it under her breath. Everyone has their days, but her behavior towards us was ridiculous.

This was the best Notary I've ever dealt with Susan was so nice and patient with me. Susan's customer service and personable attitude made me feel special there. Her attention to detail and warm smile made this trip move so smoothly!! I will specifically use The Yurconic Agency from here on out. Susan's made my day so much better.
