I wanted to share an experience about someone that planned a trip to the Turks and Caicos for me and my mother. I believe her name is Andrea. My experience with AAA today was great! My car wouldn't start. Josh came over and tested all the mechanisms related to the battery. I needed to replace the battery. For less money and time than it would have cost me to do it on my own, he had it replaced on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt comfortable with him working on my car. Very positive experience with AAA technician Christopher Jones. My battery was dead. He arrived promptly. He was very experienced, and explained every step of the process. He was very respectful and polite. He also helped me save money on my new battery. I was very pleased with his service.

Christopher Jones, road side service technician, came to my rescue to fix a flat tire on a my car yesterday which is a 2004 SL 500 Mercedes. These cars can be very temperamental when needing any type of repair even so simple as a tire change. Even though the car is 21 years old, Chris knew exactly how to handle the tricky situation because of his mechanical knowledge and expertise. Not only did Chris demonstrate stellar mechanical skills, when the procedure was complete, since I had to drive home on a spare tire that was in my trunk for 21 years he had me test drive the car to ensure my safety before driving home. I was totally impressed with his expertise as a road side technician but his sincere concern for my safety as I had several miles to drive home was totally unexpected but absolu
