Insurance can be overwhelming with all the brokers and carriers, and multiple lines of coverage to consider. However, the Wright Agency made the entire process almost enjoyable. I just don't think their services are that great. They are no cheaper or better than the other 100 insurance agencies located nearby. If anything they are slower to get a package approved, especially for a commercial line. It took almost 5 days to get coverage bound which is unacceptable in my opinion as we almost entirely lapsed our other coverage. From what I understand, the owner was simply handed this business by his family and makes tons of money and doesn't really care about it that much.
