Farmers Insurance - Michael Book

It’s not easy to find trustworthy, honest, caring, professional, hard working insurance agencies that have remained consistent for so many years. I have been a customer for over fifteen years and my questions and problems are always addressed quickly and professionally. They always have the customer as their top priority. I highly recommend the Mike Book agency and his staff.

I have been with Michael Book since 2018 when he was recommended by a colleague at work. Mike and his team have not disappointed me! In fact, with recently needing to file a claim for my roof, the process was seamless and quite uneventful! I was pleased that the adjuster reached out in a timely manner, maintained contact throughout the process, and Mike's office followed up after the roof repairs were completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Could not rate and recommend Farmers Insurance, along with Mike and his team higher than 5 stars...if I could, I would. Thank you for being there and making customer service such a high priority.

Great personal service and Mike was able to give me the best rates! Sometimes searching for your own deals online is not a good thing - his team able to show me that I was actually underinsured for my home and auto. They increased my coverage at a fantastic rate! Highly recommend!

Changing your insurance is a daunting task. Sometimes it almost feels like the savings isn't worth the effort. That wasn't the case with the Book Agency. The transition was so easy and professional, they took care of everything including canceling my old coverage.
