Alex worked with me to lower my auto premium, and was extremely helpful! Afterwards she looked into my homeowners policy and improved my coverage while lowering my cost. I feel I got an insurance make-over! What's more is I feel I understand my policy better and genuinely feel good about the value/ cost ratios. Chanc Woods is an extraordinary agent with a great staff (Jamie). He goes the extra mile for his clients and makes sure to secure the coverage needed, even in difficult to insure areas.
