Mary Stauffer American Family Insurance

American Family Insurance has been great!!!!! We saved hundreds on our house and auto insurance. We recently had an accident while traveling out of state and our awesome agent, Charlotte, was quick to help us find a repair shop and a car rental. Everything but paying the down payment was taken care of.

Mary’s team is amazing! Charlotte was so informative and kind in answering all of my questions and concerns. It was also reassuring to know that while she may not personally have an answer, that’d she follow up with a team member to get what I needed to know! Usually people just pretend that know everything even when they aren’t completely sure. It was reassuring that I was talking to an honest person that had my best interest at heart.

Charlotte seemed very upbeat, outgoing and knowledgeable ... seemed to be... I went to her agency for a car policy and she talked me into buying a business liability insurance, life insurance, renters insurance - she said I would get a group discounts if I did. I paid for all insurance plans up front and in full thinking I would not have to think about payments for a full year. First off, I find out that AmFam overcharged me by several hundred dollars (Charlotte informed me). After several weeks and a low-ball check for a fraction of the amount, AmFam finally sent me a refund for the overcharge. Then, the letters started rolling in for the rejection of services, rejection of discounts, etc. I let Charlotte know and then would forward the notices to her; she seemed like she was following

The team is super helpful and responsive. Charlotte in particular was attentive to what I was looking for coverage wise and followed up quickly. She laid out my options clearly and was upfront when there were specifics I needed to keep in mind. All in all a great experience and I’m looking forward to talking to them more in the future.
