I was able to choose the right medical coverage with the guidance of the representative who made it easy. Only caveat, my coverage did not go through as expected to the first of the year. Something happened and the ball was dropped along the way on Washwick’s end. It was only discovered when I inquired about the payment and medical cards not received. Follow up on their end I think would have prevented this. Fortunately, it was covered in February which was OK and glad it was not a medical issue.
As I started the process of Medicares enrollment circus, I needed a lot of hand holding and the team at Washwick Agency were superb! All the stress I had about choosing A thru Z was a waste of time once I spoke with these knowledgeable professionals. Absolutely recommend this company.
