Giacalone Insurance is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! The girls in the office are the nicest, friendliest and are very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I don't mind paying my bill in person because they are a fun group.

Very knowledgeable staff, super friendly, they will take care of your insurance needs in a jiffy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Insurance agency also does IDENTITY documentation for TSA and doesn't claim to be part of IDEMIA/ TSA but they are verifying ID information for them. The day I went there they were having computer problems and were on the phone with their IT department. I went through all the requirements and days later there was no response. The transaction never went through! Totally annoying. They never confirmed anything and I had to go back and go through it again. Go to any other TSA documentation office besides RIVERHEAD.

I love Abigail bc she is very helpful and she is very funny and always have a great customer services. I always recommend her bc I swear she is very helpful and good person.

Make an appt if you want TSA PRE-CHECK. They try to be as fast as possible... Very small establishment. Be patient. One woman working the process....
