I was shopping insurance and had quotes from multiple agencies. Jon had a narrow window to work with, but honestly worked hard to get the best quote he could for me. In the end, we did not go with Uhl. It's only because we had better coverage elsewhere, however it was such a pleasant experience I felt obliged to leave a review. We actually went through both quotes together and he gave it to me straight, go with the other agency because they found the better policy. That is worth something. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied with service and their knowledgeable agents. That all changed this year when I got no personal review of my coverage. My car insurance went up $150 a year. I caller and got my agent she immediately started reading a pre written script and would not stop. She was unwilling to answer questions or look at other insurance companies for a better price. She refused to price compare saying no one would give me a better price. I am 68 years old, retired, and drive less than 15,000 miles a year. I have a good driving record. My insurance is $895 a year for 2017 vehicle. I will be looking around for better rates.

Recently moved back from Indiana to Ohio after being gone two years. I went to switch all of my insurance to Ohio, and was referred to the Uhl Agency. I tell you what, my experience from start to finish was the easiest move I ever made. And they searched for the best policy for me. I bought a new car shortly after, and they worked with my dealership on the details, compared my current policy at the time, and had me covered on the new car before I drove it off the lot.
