Working with Al Harmon was amazing. He was so helpful and patient with all the phone calls and details we had to deal with trying to sign up for Healthcare. Even though the outcome was not what we expected, it wasn't his fault, I blame our outstanding Insurance Companies (lol) and the Customer Service that is no longer in America. But with Al Harmon, we could of no way understood all the terminology, policies and things we needed to do while going thru the process.
