Brent is the real deal. He and his office staff worked hard to get us a great price with personal service. I recently switched to Country Financial. I was in a bit of a time crunch, and Brent & his team went above and beyond getting us set up in such a short amount of time. Not only was he kind & responsive, but he took the time to explain and answer my endless questions. He was able to save me a significant amount of money while upping my coverage, which is also nice. While i'm hoping i'll have minimal contact moving forward (knock on wood) I feel confident that Brent would be easy to work with and nothing but helpful should I need to file a claim in the future.
