My father-in-law had policies setup with Hartley Insurance for years but when he passed it was left to my husband, brother-in-law and I to manage. I called to let the office know of my father in law's passing and first worked with Virigina (front desk), we met with Doug Hartley in person to change the name on the plans or rewrite them if necessary. I received a bill for our insurance, called for advice and followed through but somehow during this time our plan was dropped, and we were left without insurance during our busiest time. I worked diligently calling, emailing, and trying to get follow up information with little to no help at all. The worst insurance company, dont ask for records from Cassie she is awful! I own businesses so for me to leave a review please be aware! And to get ahold of them impossible if they dont like you. We went here because our insurance agent passed away 😢

I no longer get insurance here. They are understaffed. There is only one person who works there who can actually help you. So if they are not there when you need help, you are out of luck.
