If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Not worth the hassle or time. Obtained a policy from this joke of a company, then they turned around and immediately cancelled the policy stating violations regarding a unapproved heating source in a unattached structure and the fact that my dog has a "boxy head". My dog is a German shorthaired pointer mix with legal documentation proving no Pitt mix, and the unattached structure was my neighbor's and not on my property. Despite the documentation they requested and received, my policy was still canceled. Do not use this company. They are a joke. I have many insurance policies through many companies over the last 25 years. This company is BY FAR THE WORST insurance company I have ever had. I made a small legitimate claim 7 months ago and they still have not satisfactorily settled the claim. Low balling left and right. The adjusters all have said this is one of the worst claim handling situations they have ever seen in decades of experience! Stay away from this rip off company.

Cancelled my policy without any notice. Found out because I got a check in the mail from them saying my policy was cancelled. Looked through all emails and correspondence from them and never got notified. Was able to find another quote but this could have caused a lot of trouble for us as homeowners if we didnt notice it.

****I Do want to say I spoke with Jack this morning about my Claim and apparently there was some confusion. After explaining to him about the issues he was able to resolve the issue. Appreciate his understanding and as for others, it is always knowledgeable to know the Limits of your insurance. There maybe things that you may not know that can be claimed under homeowners insurance and there are others that you can’t. I feel like my situation was handled correctly and payment was prompt. My family has this company filed a claim almost six months ago and haven’t heard back from them at all. Every time we call the person who answers acts as though we are bothering them even though we are nice and simply just asking about our claim. They promise to get back to you and nobody ever does but have the nerve to send out forms to renew for the year and the policy is being raised about six hundred dollars. I strongly suggest that you consider other companies when choosing insurance.
