We have worked with Omni for 5-6 years now and over that time we have had nothing but great service and terrific success. We have used them for creative solutions like high deductible Worker’s Comp. Policies for companies with $50mm in payroll and we have used them for small liability policies for startups with no Revenue and they have always been just as responsive to any of those needs. In my 15+ years of experience in NYC Home Care I have never dealt with a Vendor, not just an Insurance Vendor but any Vendor, that provides a higher quality of service than the Team that we work with at Omni and we are extremely grateful for all of the time, money and headaches they have saved us over the years and we look forward to working with them for years to come!

In 2018 our company had a few large master policies with a different agency that needed to be addressed. The Omni team worked through all our hesitations (there were a lot) and supported us through a rough time, making sure we were getting the coverages we needed at a better rate that we had. Since then we have used the agency for smaller policies as well. I highly recommend this agency.
