Five stars? I would give Doug MacCormack fifty stars if I could! He has been tremendously helpful in solving my problems after my entire house got destroyed recently by water damage. His knowledge about the complex world of insurance policies is beyond compare. Every question I had, he answered quickly, confidently, and accurately. Doug cut through the complicated verbiage in by-laws, master deeds, and policies, and presented clear and honest advice. He guided me step by step on what actions to take, and gave me truthful information that others were either misinforming me about or withholding from me. After filling out over a dozen applications for commerical residential insurance for my five unit building and getting the run around and outrageously high quotes I called the MacCormack Agency in Somerset, NJ and spoke to Diantha. She was courteous, responsive and helpful. She found me a policy that fit my needs for thousands less than I had been quoted and was very patient and flexible as we explored different levels of coverage. She answered all my questions and never stopped working for me until we had the policy in place.
