The Freuler Agency has been a reliable source for my husband and I for decades. Yesterday I was reminded why. I called close to the end of a work day, on a Friday to have a new vehicle added to our policy. Ray picked up (not as common with businesses these days) and responded like I was a long lost friend. Upbeat, friendly.. if “How the hell’va been” could be asked in a professional way, there it was, the best phone chat I’ve had in awhile. He wanted to get this done for me, he also wanted to let Tonia start her weekend sooner than later. Tonia took care of the switch and made what I was asking for (last minute and basically on demand) with ease and efficiency.
