Have used them for years for commercial and home. Appreciate that they bid policies out to multiple insurers. Very knowledgeable, very competent, and nice people that you get to know over time. I think that they are a relatively small "shop".

Dec 5 2024, Scott the owner decided to kick me out as a customer. I asked the employee Lauren who should have been doing her job which she wasn't. Anytime I asked to add a car VIN she wouldn't do it or it was delayed. When asked to do an assessment of my refund when canceling a car pro rated she didn't know how to to do it and she asked me to go to customer service when its HER job to do this. Why am i paying an agent if i have to call CS. Mr. Scott, rudely kicked me out from that agency and i did escalated it to safeco corp. Hope for something to happen as the truth is spoken. Any defense from this agent is just more lies and cover up. I have email chains mentioning why this happened and why I had to be blunt when I needed my stuff done. I have been a client of the Lesser Agency for 25 plus years. I currently use them for my commercial business and home owners insurance. They shop the best companies for my needs with reasonable rates. I highly recommend you give them the opportunity to quote your insurance needs. They provide great service and the office staff are easy to deal with.

I first took out vehicle insurance here in 2003. In about 2009 or 2010, I noticed my insurance went up even though my cars were older. They reduced my rates. Then this year (2018) when I purchased a new vehicle, and the full overage and two other vehicles went to about $450/mo, they contacted me a week or two later and found me coverage for only $180/mo. I came to the office on my own and a new lady sat down and explained some of those differences. Why not 5 stars? I think I could’ve been informed years ago about placing two cars on liability sooner (because of ever damaged they’d be totaled, it was costing me money.) It would’ve been nice to have that extra lens.

Debbie was fantastic to work with. She walked me through a quote on the phone and responded quickly to emails.
