Outstanding agency. As a first time client I was explained everything in details. Dessi promised me a better quote next day. She found me a better deal. Within 2 days I was insured and happy with the service.

Do not recommend at all. Very rude very unprofessional. They fail to notify me when my my policy expired. I would have to do that on myself no call nothing. Is very unpolite. Rayna Called me when we decided to switch over to a different agency. Start asking me over the phone why are we moving? Do we not like her anymore very unappropriate stuff. Then the 2nd time she called she was p****. Would not give Me all The information that I was asking her told me to go to my new agency and deal with them. She was very upset and made me feel guilty that I chose a different company. Fail to notify me that I have an outstanding balance with the current agency.. Never received a letter that I have an outstanding balance due to that I was sent to a debt collector company to collect whatever I own. Very
