The Jemez Insurance Agency

I was extremely pleased by the response from Central Insurance Co. pursuant to our claim in connection with the recent wind damage on the 800 Trinity condominium building. Their claims representative quickly arranged for emergency "boarding up" of the damaged areas, which gave us tine for locating a contractor to do the permanent repairs. This was particularly helpful as I had no idea how to proceed quickly.

Jemez Insurance is a great place for Insurance coverage. I have had Insurance with them since 2012 with no problems at all . Ana is a wonderful agent always there to help. Ana Thank you for your help.

As a nonprofit working in child welfare, we need comprehensive coverage so we went to the Jemez Agency. We are so thankful to our agent Allen McQuiston for the top notch and always responsive service he provides us. Allen cares about his community and nonprofits, and it is a joy to work with him.

Not sure exactly when we signed up with the Jemez Agency for our insurance needs, but have been with them for many years now, and, even though we have had very few claims and thus relatively little interaction with the Jemez team, they have always been most helpful and informative when addressing our needs and claims or working to get the best rates and policies for us. We have been using the Jemez Agency for 30 years now and have never had a complaint. They respond to any and all requests for services, changes and information quickly (usually that same day or the next). They have suggestions that may increase our coverage or save us money (or both). The front desk staff (Anna and Maria) know is by name AND by face. Always such a pleasure to have an excuse to see or talk with them. Have no intentions to change to another insurance office.
