Love everyone and their service at this agency. Our previous insurer kept raising rates and pulling out of policies in Los Alamos. State Farm stepped up and provided outstanding coverage at better rates, and the agents here (especially Marcella) were super responsive, helpful and friendly throughout the process, with several different policies for my family’s needs over the last couple years. New loyal customer here!

Scheduled an appointment one day prior, arrived early. Office staff are all courteous and friendly, despite my sloven appearance. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and very professional demeanor. Fran was excellent in explaining my options and where my current insurance company is failing me in coverage and price. She explained in detail how State Farm's auto policies are stacked as well as portable. They also provide additional coverages for hobbies, crafts, jewelry, and sporting goods. I am very impressed with the one on one customer service provided. Thank you all.

After a letter from our current insurer stating insurance companies across the board were raising their rates we didn’t feel very positive going in to our meeting with Marcella at State Farm in Los Alamos. By the end of that meeting we were very glad we searched for an option!! After a $3000 rate hike 😳 with our old insurance, SF gave us better coverage at $2000 less! I've used Lou Santoro's State Farm office for decades for all of my insurance needs. They have always been helpful as well as organized and efficient. For things I don't understand, they are patient in explaining the best options and consequences. Today's **** employee was Marcella Martinez- but the others have been terrific too!
