The Insurance Store

I wish I could rate this insurance store a 0. Completely wasted three weeks trying to get buiness insurance. Stephine claimed she could help and we wanted to go local so we had someone easy to contact. She absolutely would not answer the phone or call back after messages were left. Its as simple as picking up the phone and communicating with us whats going on. We can't work without this insurance, so they have no respect for your time or your families livelihood. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here for you insurance needs.

Very friendly staff! The women there greet you with a smile as you walk in the door. They even offer you a drink! They are very knowledgeable and sooo helpful. I had to go in for a surety bond and had no clue as to what is was doing. Stephanie Simmons helped me so much and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I left there with complete understanding. She even called my bank and helped out on that end of it as well. She went above and beyond her service. I highly recommend this insurance company! Outstanding job ladies!
