Farm Bureau Insurance

I am new to the area and had multiple people in the community recommend Farm Bereau for automotive insurance. I couldn't have been happier, jot only have they given me and my family a huge savings with the same coverage, I would have probably switched just due to their kind and warm ways.

The price is very reasonable but when we needed to have a windshield replaced we had to pay the full deductable unlike other insurance ive had in the past that had a special coverage for glass breakage. I've never had to file a claim as of yet but I'm kind of nervous with the way the glass breakage was. The office staff has always been very friendly tho.

I would give no stars based on my current dealings with Farm Bureau insurance refusing to pay a claim on my FULL COVERAGE policy forcing me to hire an attorney. They do deserve a star for having the cheapest rates I found, but I am now finding out you get what you pay for!! I now personally know the meaning of "cut rate" and how FULL COVERAGE does NOT mean "full coverage." If you want to pay the least do not care about actual coverage, then this is the place for you.

I’ve been there customer for a couple years and they are all great over there. They’re always willing to help and take that extra step. Thank you guys.
