If I could have gave zero stars, I would have I only gave it one star because that was the option. I’ve been with this company for seven years and have never had an experience such as what I’ve did here in the last week. I called to cancel a car insurance policy that I was not using anymore because I got a new car I also have my homeowner insurance through them. I called to cancel. They told me that they were short staffed and the young lady had one person ahead of me and would give me A call back when the changes were made a week later I still had never received a phone call back, but I did notice that in my app that it had been changed so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe she just forgot to call back and I wasn’t charged on my normal date, but a few days later I wa

Their communication is HORRIBLE! I’ve called several times just for a quote, and was told several times you all would call me back. No call back. I call back , stayed on hold for more than 15mins to be disconnected. You all have to have better customer service when doing business with people.

I canceled my policy on January 28 2024 . As of today April 6 2024 I am still waiting for a refund that I was supposed to received with in 6 weeks. After calling Insure on the spot again . Now I’m told It will take another 2 to 3 weeks to get my refund. Due to “ they need to check with the towing people to see if I used it “ Which I have not and the first time they sent the request they never responded …. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP ON THIS ….so now Insure On The Spot will send it again for a second time to get a response so that I can get my refund ….well if that’s the case all the years that I’ve Never used the towing company that they have.
