The ladies were very nice & knowledgeable. We were in & out very quickly.

Just got off the phone with a representative named Haley. Very rude, incompetent, and immature. We’ve been with this insurance company for years but with the last two months of customer service we are strongly thinking of not renewing our policy. For a simple issue that needed to be solved I ended up needing to speak to a manger. Doug did solve the problem and provided great customer service.

The service I received was pretty bad, I was charged a down payment on top of the monthly payment; not only that when calling to cancel my policy three months later, another agent had to help me (which is fine) but when asking for my 'deposit' back she stated with a giggle "Ummm you owe...." It's so nice to be laughed at and then spoken to like an idiot. I'm glad some have gotten great service from this place; but all I know is that I was taken advantage of. I wouldn't have even given the one star; but there's nothing here to be able to do that.

Been with them for while for my sr22 insruance but I see lately they been slacking to send the state the proof of payment when it in fact looks like a pretty easy job takes probably 30 secs for them to enter your information in the dmv web site each time took them 9 days to do because the 1st was Sunday so I hope the confusion. Don't happen again cuse I pay my bills smh gotta be on top it if especially if it's that easy just to enter customer name and address incorrectly that serious stuff if you don't no your driving and gets accidently suspended again

🤬 I just came from classic auto insurance today in Gary, Indiana. There is a woman named Marcia who quoted me $91 with insurance and tow. Over the phone which, I thought was a good deal until the person I spoke to just tried to scam me out of my money. She took my $91 dollars on cash and put it on her credit card, her company business credit card that she said. It only gave me the tow paperwork and not car insurance. I want to put up with that I stayed up there until I got my money back don't trust her because it's a scam. There are others it probably going through the exact same problem 😕
