What can you say about a company that you try to give your business to, but they are so disorganised and unprofessional that they neglect to provide necessary paperwork in advance of a long-standing meeting? I'll gladly take my business somewhere else. These are supposed to be EXPERTS familiar with requirements for interactions with customers looking to investigate Medicare plan options, but they can't send the necessary paperwork prior to a meeting, so the meeting is off!

When we found prices for our original policies getting too expensive we turned to Robin and her staff. It has been 4 years and we are very happy we went there. She takes time to learn your goals, and is very informed on all types of insurances.
