The customer service was awesome! The Representatives were very pleasant and informative. It was definitely a welcoming experience. I felt that we connected both on a personal and professional level. I advised them that I moved from Cleveland, Ohio and I had to switch my auto insurance to Georgia. The representatives were very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone.

I went with a local agent to help simplify things, and it has been anything but. I never get anyone when I call ( tried 2x today ) have to leave a message WITH my phone number each time. Then, they call my wife who cannot answer the phone at work, rather than calling me at the number I left on the voicemail. Our monthly statements have never been the same and it seems to elude everyone in the office as to why. Recently I called to remove a vehicle and was told it would take 10 business days, I’m assuming that was so they could charge for the 10 days, has always been instant at other agencies. Would not recommend! I’ll be canceling our policies immediately as this is not the customer service I expected from using a local agent.

Do not make the mistake of letting these people get a hold of your number. I'm not sure if these people are trying to sell insurance to me or employ me (former insurance agent). But I've answered and told them numerous times I am not interested in either and I still receive calls from them ALL THE TIME. Stop calling me!!!

Called State Farm yesterday talked to a guy there by the name of Nick got a great quote on my truck insurance.He was so helpful an got it done within the hour .I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone his way .Thank u so very much Nick for being so helpful...

I’ve always had such a great experience working with anyone. Tim has always helped understand the details in policy and responds when needed.
