I'm very pleased with this Company. They were referred to me by Comly Automotive on the 6000 blk. of Frankford Ave. I'm a 60 + yrs. old driver, I have been patronizing Imperial Agen. Company in North East Philly for over 8yrs. & counting. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 min. to be helped, & once I'm waited upon, the entire process always takes less than 10 min. & This is for all 3 of my vehicles. 2 trucks, & 1 car. It is a lot quicker, smother than going actually to the (Dmv) I will continue taking my business to them. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, curtious & helpfull...People keep this in mind. If you are a experience driver, you should already know how the process works by now. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!!! These are the laziest group of people we’ve EVER dealt with!!!!! Gave my daughter the run around AND incorrect information. NO customer service skills whatsoever and TOO LAZY AND TRIFLING to do THEIR JOBS!!! I WOULDN’T pay these employees at Imperial to spread mustard on a pretzel!! They are HORRIBLE!!! If there was a negative star to give, I would’ve rated them that. One star is too nice. Went to a different auto tag location on the same day and received everything that was needed without the hassle!!

I have used them couple of times and every time 100%. Highly recommend. Also Kim is the best in the business.

Owner was snippy & Service was very slow and unorganized, no one greets customers upon entry and no one is moving with urgency. Not even sure why they are needed for DMV purposes, I had a much smoother experience at the ACTUAL DMV when getting my Real ID versus this place that seems to charge a person for everything they do as far as printing your documents, there are all these fees listed in addition to what you need to pay for via your actual vehicle. I'd say use thr online services or go directly to DMV and for insurance call someone get some quotes and save yourself a lot of time over dealing with is Angency it seems to be more stress any money than if you have a dedicated appointment with DMV or a Insurance Broker who sets an appointment vs having all the customers standing around and

Literally go anywhere else - this place is terrible. Their staff’s rudeness is only trumped by their incompetence. Had so many issues so will only write a few: 1. In total it took almost 6 months to get my plate (antique plate and then a vanity antique plate). PennDOT does take a while on these but about half that waiting was because of general incompetence on the agency staff. 2. When my first plate arrived they called the wrong number to let me know it was ready (they had called me a few weeks earlier because of another screw up on their part so they had my correct number - just dialed it wrong the second time). I called them 2-weeks after my plate had been sitting there and they said it was “still processing at penndot”. Reached out to my local congress person 2-weeks after that to se
