I have a policy here, and I couldn’t get my agent on the phone for 3 weeks to do something as simple as add an additional insured. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a sole proprietorship or what. It feels like I don’t spend enough money here, so therefore, I get second rate service. The person managing my policy, was Evan Dash, the “senior vice president.” So good luck to you with your experience, but mine was a poor one.
