I had business liability insurance with these folks for several years. Never made a claim. After some time with no issues they began to be pushy about me switching my personal home owners and car insurance with them. I always politely explained that I was very happy with the insurance I had elsewhere. I also asked if that would jeopardize the insurance I did have with them and for years they always said it was fine and were very cordial about it. It's worth mentioning that I did have a pet peeve as they would never send me a bill in advance to notify me that my yearly policy fee was coming due. I have known the owner, David Hamilton, for 15 years. For near ten (possibly more) of those years he has held the insurance for my automobiles, renters, business policies, and more. He is upstanding, ethical, and always on top of making sure I get the best value for my dollar. I will not recommend anyone else for all of the above reasons.
