Tharsis is a knowledgeable and attentive agent. He explains everything clearly and doesn't push you to opt in for anything you wouldn't need. The only downside with State Farm is that you can't really get a quote online, but in a way, it actually helps you understand your policy better because you have to speak to an agent. I also appreciate that Tharsis does and will return your call. I was initially assigned with another State Farm office but they never reached out for the entire week. I eventually had to find another office, and doing business here was efficient and helpful.
