We needed our roof repaired and made a claim. Allstate came through for us and helped us significantly with repairing our roof and repairing damages created by leaks in our home. We are very appreciative of the help that was given and also felt like we were not just payers of insurance but also benefactors of paying homeowners insurance and auto insurance. We also have auto insurance with Allstate and they have been wonderful with that too. So, truthfully, my family has had a positive experience with Allstate.

Everything about my experience was amazing! Everyone was always so helpful, kind, and polite but I must say the person that deserves a huge standing ovation is Travis! He always went above and beyond to give ***% to assist with whatever I needed. I would definitely recommend Allstate to family and friends! I called in to get a quote after reviewing Nik's promo letter. I let him know that my auto was expiring tomorrow and wanted to get a quote for a home/auto bundle. We started discussing my home and there was confusion whether if I needed home or condo. He wanted to call my HOA to verify the type of coverage I needed. I gave him the HOA's number, and he called me once to verify he took it down right. I followed up with a call and an email detailing the coverage I was looking for. I never heard back from him.
