The General Agency has been handling my professional insurance for, I believe, just over 20 years. In all that time, I have been treated the the greatest courtesy and even friendliness. Their operation is supremely efficient — everything rolls along perfectly and, on those occasions that my office needs something from them, the answer or document is furnished right away. Honestly, I will never leave them because the experience I have with them simply cannot be topped.
