Prior to finding The Feltner Group, I had been with a company that was bought out and another company that was non-responsive. Within a day, Scott was able to address the entire situation and help us maintain the coverage we needed for our business. He is kind, so timely in response to communications, and holds an outstanding knowledge of the field. I felt frustrated and exhausted when I turned to The Feltner Group -- within a day, I knew I was in good hands, my business was protected, and that I no longer needed to be concerned about our policy. I'd recommend their agency to anyone and I look forward to working with them for years to come!
