I had an issue with an insurance card not showing up on my account so I could print it for the DMV after adding a vehicle to my policy online. I emailed Jeremy at 1:19 and he called back promptly at 1:23. At 1:25 he emailed me a PDF file of the card I needed. Great customer service.

Amazing experience working with Jim. Extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He also helped a friend of mine save money on his auto and home insurance as well. Overall very satisfied.

I recommend you not to use this office. Chuck was the best and has left. I would have nver left Allstate but his unprofessional attitude lead me to cancel my policy June 2025 with proof and still charged afterward without knowledge just a notification from credit bureau.

One thing I really cannot tolerate is poor customer service. When your local office refuses to take care of you and you have to call the 1-800 number to get a resolution it is pathetic. I will not miss being with them. And then when you tell them that you want to cancel your policy and they do not do it, and you have informed them via phone, email, and they send you updated renewal paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Now imagine being with a company for so many years and an individual wants to act like you are really not going to get insurance with another company, now you are really ticking me off because you are questioning my integrity.
