I had home insurance with this agency for 2 years with decent coverage. But I had to cancel because my rates went up 25% in one month likely not due to anything within their control. Found better coverage at almost half the premium. They would have earned 5 stars from me had they ever called me back as promised about bundling and saving money. That was months ago. Also canceling my policy with them was a bigger hassle than it had to be , ie, they need a better system for e-signature rather than requiring customers to print and scan . Very 30 yrs ago...

I love the people with Falls Insurance. They work to make sure you have the best coverage for your property, and treat you like family. I couldn't say enough about their level of professionalism, and customer service. I began my coverage with their office when I moved to the area a year and a half ago, and they truly have been wonderful!

They check prices to see what fits my needs and always contact me if there needs to be a change or if the prices have changed. In fact for a time my granddaughter worked for a competitor and tried to get me to switch. I wouldnt even let her give me a quote. That is how much i trust Falls Insurance and their staff.
