I had the pleasure of meeting Karen Simms by chance at a United Healthcare event that was being held coincidentally at the same hotel where I was residing for vacation. At first, I didn't want to mix business with fun, but she and the few others who were there seemed pretty friendly and didn't come with any pressure sales tactics, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to at least listen. Karen was very informed about current and new plans coming out for the following year and provided detailed product manuals for me to look over and keep. After sharing my information, she recommended a new plan that included more benefits for my loved one than the one scheduled to renew for the following year. I didn't want to make a decision on the spot, but I was interested; so, she generously agreed to me

Finding medical insurance is a daunting task but thankfully there’s David Simms. Karen Simms has been extremely helpful in helping us choose our insurance because she knows the product and can answer questions so we understand the product better. She returns calls quickly and gives expert advise after researching various insurance companies. She wastes no time with idle chit chat but has a very friendly presentation and attitude. Just picked up a great Medicare Supplement from Haley Lilly. She worked with me to find a plan that was best suited for me as I am retired military and don't require the same coverages as most people.
