These people cannot be real. Someone they insured(under age) t boned my husband over a year ago. No body shop would work with gateway, finally found one, they have had truck for 6 weeks now. Not given a rental, going broke using uber and he's about to be fired. At 65 years old. Just for trying to get to work. Now he just wants to die. Not fair. I have read the other real reviews.. I see the makings of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUUT against gateway insurance.

These ladies truly saved me, I don't do extras on my account cause I'm sorta cheap. I wanted towing but I noticed the package want quite my liking .. then she said do u want non insurance insurance just incase someone without it hits you u can still be coverd.. I said na, but she explained deeply how it could help me , plus a week before then I witnessed my kids mother in a fender bender and didn't have insurance. So the next day I took their advise. This was in jan.. now today im blessed because my family and I was covered from a wreck that a lady without insurance caused. 3 $ from Jan to now saved me and I Thank you all ladies im forever gateway 🙏🏽🙏🏽💪🏽❤

Absolutely terrible since the new owners have taken over. Switched insurance co.panys after 7 years of being a customer.
