I had insurance through this MEEMIC agency for over 20 years. This company is now owned by AAA Insurance and the rates have increased dramatically and the customer service has become unprofessional. I have another company coverage now for THREE vehicles that is less expensive than the TWO I had with this agency. SHOP AROUND! YOU WILL GET A BETTER QUOTE AND SERVICE!

My disappointment is in multiple levels. 1. Hearing how poorly the office women talked about a customer when they left was horrible. 2. To do it in front of other potential customers is even worse. 3. It’s a privacy issue. Making jokes about a persons needs and limitations is the worst. Will be contacting corporate for meemic on Monday.

Neil is professional, highly informed, and a pleasure to work with. His office also sponsors a lot of community events/outlets. It feels good knowing I'm doing business with someone who reinvests in the community they serve. I highly recommend The Drzewiecki Agency.

Had a policy here for 20 years. Not sure what happened when the new owner took over, but wow. Rates are still cheap, but actual coverage for making a claim is terrible. Search for insurance elsewhere.
